Peter, the chef/director of Barringtons has been a chef for 40 years and has been involved with events such as the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, the V8’s, Lions Tour, APEC ministers conference, as well as many small intimate dinners. He has a passion for creating memorable food for all and any occasions.
